Yes, our homes and chalets can be lived in permanently, subject to planning permission, as our modular homes and holiday chalets fully comply with all building regulations and fire and safety regulations, so our homes can be a wonderful new home for you. Our high standards of energy efficiency and insulation transform our eco-efficient homes, making them very suitable for living in, all year around.

PT Modular & Leisure would help you in the design and feasibility of your site and holiday development. We would need some information to do that. Please send us the following details and we will examine if it is feasible for a Holiday Development.

The full address of the proposed holiday park site including the postcode?
Have you or anyone else applied for planning applications on the site?
If yes, can you provide both the planning application number and name of the local authority?
Do you have any documents relating to the site e.g. title deeds to the site and any previous planning application drawings, etc. that you can provide by uploading them on our Purchasing Information Page or if you prefer please submit an enquiry on the Contact Section of our website to start the process?
Do you know if there are accessible services at or near the proposed site?
Please provide PT Modular & Leisure with information on what do you hope to build on the proposed site for example holiday chalets or modular homes or rapid build homes?

Every one of our modular homes is built by experienced builders and carpenters, using recognised methods and high quality materials. Your home will be covered by a 10-year structural warranty.

Features of our 10-year warranty include 10-year Structural Warranty cover, Insolvency cover available both pre and post completion, full risk transfer in years 3-10 of cover, cover as standard for alternative accommodation, additional costs, removal of debris and professional fees.

Our Modular Homes and Chalets are finished to a high standard and we conduct a visit to identify any issues and to resolve those issues, which our customers may come across. We agree a date with our customer approximately 3 months after the entry date, we seek an emailed list of any issues that may exist ahead of our visit and remedy any problems.

Every Holiday Development differs in design and in scale which impacts on the price. There are a number of factors that can vary and that affects the price of your Holiday Development. The factors include ground conditions, the site topography, transportation and delivery costs to your site and the addition of customised features. If you fill in the enquiry form in the Contact section, we can provide you with an outline within a short time though we need to know if you need a site and the Holiday Development designed, have you obtained or do you need assistance obtaining planning consent and building warrant, engineers drawings, what groundworks are required and what services are nearby to link into for on-site completion together with the delivery of the houses or chalets to your site.

However, if you are dealing with PT Modular & Leisure we can provide a detailed quotation with details of the build costs upfront, before the project gets underway. Dealing with the entire project from design to completion means we can provide a full breakdown on the budget needed from the start to the finish. Please contact us for a full quotation for works relating to your proposed site.

There is a stage payment process in place for doing a development with PT Modular & Leisure. In most cases those stages will be as follows:
40% of the total cost as a deposit
40% of the total cost prior to despatch
The remaining 20% of the total cost is paid over when the units arrive on site.

With PT Modular & Leisure, we can provide the details of the building costs from the start, before the project starts. As we dealing with the entire project, right through from the project design stage to the completion stage, we can ensure that your project stays within the budget from start to finish.

However, service connection charges are based on local authority costs which may vary depending on the area. However, PT Modular & Leisure will keep you informed at all times.
